At Wasted Society, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read the following policy before purchasing.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the conditions below:

* The item must be unused and unworn.
* The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
* Shoes must include the original box and accessories, where applicable.
* The item must not have any marks, damage, stains, odours or signs of wear.
* The item must not have been altered or washed.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

2. Wrong Size

Please make sure you select the correct size before placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect size due to an error on our side, we will assist with an exchange.

If you selected the wrong size yourself, an exchange may be considered subject to availability and the item meeting our return conditions. Any additional delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos/videos of the item
* Photos of the packaging, where relevant
* A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution.

4. Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or special promotion may have different return or exchange conditions. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact Wasted Society through our official contact details and provide:

Reason for return/exchange:
Photos/videos: where applicable

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

8. Important

Wasted Society reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange where an item does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
